I live in ca & I paid $2.48 yesterday. A gas station in san Bernardino is charging $2.35 a gallon (hospitality lane & waterman ave). I know these prices wont stay low for long especially in ca where were expecting a tax hike of 12 to 76 cents a ca next yr. UGH !!!
Was on CT Avenue in Norwalk today and noticed $3.19/ Reg. Is that even legal??? WTF is wrong with them? It was around where there was so much congestion too by Costco/Walmart.
Wasn't there a thing on Price gauging years ago that we can report someone for it?

Is that the Shell on the corner of Richards ave? Shells are a ripoff in general. The one in Southport is 2.90. Citgo near me on South Pine Creek down to 2.65.
If we do see sub-$2/gallon pricing.....your uncle will see prices around $1.30-$1.40...prices the country hasn't seen in about a dozen years.
I remember filling up in GA for $0.89 per gallon in 2002. ~$11 to fill up my tank! Of course I moved up here that year and of course gas prices were more like $1.60. I was livid at the time. Who knew that we'd eventually pay that 2.5x amount?!
An interesting dilemma that comes with these gas prices is budgeting. I'm working on my 2015 budget and really have no idea what to budget for fuel costs. Prices are supposed to continue to decrease, but my experience the past 10 years or so with insane gas prices leave me skeptical.

Will CT see 2.00 or under gas? Could be a possibility.
