I agree with Jay. Elizabeth Park and the historic neighborhoods are great, but it's hard to beat Old Post, Greenfield, and Southport for historic beauty.

I guess I just take it for granted since i wake up to it everyday. Agree, Southport waterfront is spectacular, i can run-bike there in 5-10 mins, GH is just houses and trees, the Old Post Rd does nothing for me.
Anyway, i'll be the lone vote for Norwalk.

Sorry, but Southport is within Westport, which is out of the scope of this thread and poll.

First off Southport is entirely within the borders of Fairfield. Secondarily you are the jesus of hijacking threads. You've already diverted this thread on several occassions despite being the op. You do not get to complain.

Oops...my bad. I just verified on Google Maps and see that Southport is within Fairfield. I was thinking of Saugatuck instead.

Anyway, I only hijack threads maybe a few times per year. No biggie.

I have earned a high degree of seniority on these forums and I'm proud of it. I am grateful for all the other forum members who contribute to my legacy as a significant character on these forums and look forward to an exciting 2015 with y'all! 2015 will mark 9 years of membership in these forums for me. I'm grandfathered in!

(I had to use the word "y'all," since I'm in the South right now).

In 2015, y'all can look forward to the following potential topics by me:
  • Actually moving out of FFC finally
  • What happens next with my career?
  • Will I still be single?
  • Impressions of new places visited
  • Reactions to Malloy's new legislation/taxes in 2015
Who knows...maybe someday I'll become moderator of this forum!

Exciting!
