The z stands for "Zulu time" which is another term for "Greenwich Mean Time", i.e. London, 0 degrees Longitude, the Prime Meridian. You have to subtract 5 hours to translate to our time so it's actually 1am to 7am

2 feet-3 feet of snow in CT by NWS and add to the injury there another storm by end of this week but Let go through this one first.

I'm having trouble containing my excitement !! Scheduled the generator guys to come check it out tomorrow AM, tanks were filled 3 days ago...went to stews this morning and bought enough food for a week!! All set!!
