unfortunetly, my work hours puts me on the road in the middle of this, and I'm the first to get called because my boss knows I'll drive it if he needs me.....just might take me a while, but I'll get there

Call in sick unless you're emergency personnel(doctor/emt/police). If we get this amount of snow the state will shut down the highways anyway so you're not going anywhere.

how quickly these forecasts change - yesterday, it was 5-8" for S/E Connecticut, and this morning, it's 18-24"

I normally don't explore the NWS data too deeply. I wish that i hadn't started doing that today.


The "probabilities" graph lists Bridgeport as having an 11% chance of getting 8-12". A 15% chance of 12-18".


A 55% chance of over 18".....Ugh.
