Default Any new townhouses in Connecticut?

We are thinking about moving to Connecticut. We are thinking about townhouses with 3BR/2BA under 550K. We dont have any kids but the school system is important to us cause kids will be in the picture soon.

does anyone know of any new communities and what towns should I consider or not consider?

Thanks for all the help in advance.

Try the Hartford area east of the river- South Windsor, Vernon, Manchester
2bd 2 bath around 350K (This is very upscale/luxury) prices are less for new construction in both towns for nice new town homes in Vernon 225K and up.
