Default What do you think about Blue Back Square in West Hartford?

Thoughts on Blue Back Square. Will it survive? What's up with the $1.50/hr parking? Does it fit the town? Will it distract from the center?

So far Blue Back Square seems to be a HUGE success. People are raving about it. That could be because it is new but even if it dies down a bit, it would most likely be popular. As for the parking costs, it is what it is. Jay
