Common Core math standards actually have a lot in common with Singapore Math. I'm not suprised that school districts with strong preexisting Singapore Math programs scored well on the SBAC test.

Makes sense. But as I said, those that converted didn't do it overnight. They did quite a bit of training and instituted in one year at a time starting with first grade. Most districts outside of Ffld County simply stopped doing what they normally did and teachers had/have to learn this new curriculum as they went along. Very bad.
