Certain towns do seem to invite snobbery. Parts of Lyme for sure, same with Essex. Stonington borough would kind of rate up there, with things like neighbor suing over another neighbor having a kids playhouse in his yard. It's not really the towns fault, but places where annoying wealthy people try to get away from the hustle of the city tend to turn out snobby.

Also West Hartford has gotten a weird snobbieness about it in the last 20 years or so. As a kid it was just a suburb of Hartford, all the really rich kids lived in Farmington Simsbury, Avon, Canton, and Suffield back then.

Snobbery amongst adults is one thing, but it is a lot worse for kids. Like to hear some stories about that...

What is like that side of CT never really go that part of state that often is life difference than FFC ?
