I just want to say I love those earlier photos of Hartford. I had no idea it was such a pretty city!

Here's a bunch of pictures I've taken from throughout the state, over the past couple years. I think they really demonstrate the variety you see in Connecticut, with different seasons, from the shore to hills, and from cities to country. And most of these pictures are only from central CT (with a few on the shore).

Nepaug Dam near Collinsville:

Downtown Hartford:

Balloon Fest, Plainville:

Downtown Plainville:

Plainville and Bristol from Pinnacle Mountain (the Otis Elevator test building is visible in the background near Lake Compounce):

Downtown Hartford:

Cheshire green:

Windsor Locks:

Elizabeth Park, Hartford:

From Pinnacle Mountain in Farmington (where those two big antennas are). The UConn Health Center is on the left and the Hartford skyline is on the right:

Colt Building, Hartford:

Downtown New London:

Thames River and Groton:

West Hartford Reservoir:

Stanley Quarter Park, New Britain:

Old Newgate Prison, East Granby:

New London Ledge Light:

Old State House, Hartford:

Cemetery in Hamden next to the Sleeping Giant:

Broad Street area of New Britain from Walnut Hill Park:

Farmington River:

Bulkeley Bridge, Hartford:

Simsbury and Heublein Tower:

Downtown New Britain from Walnut Hill Park (it looks so quaint):

Old Collins Axe Company, Collinsville:

Central Connecticut State University campus, New Britain:

Downtown Hartford:

Downtown New Britain:

Bridgeport from the Port Jeff ferry:

Downtown New Britain:

Canton:

Farmington:

Collinsville:

Farmington River:

East Haddam and Connecticut River:

(I posted smaller versions of the pictures, but if there are a couple anyone wants me to re-post bigger then I will)
