I know that this is a Photo Thread and if was allowed (don't know) on this site I would post a video link from YouTube named "New England the Beautiful" minus the quotes. It's 9:57 long and shows some of the landscapes of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

So just go to YouTube and type in that title I posted minus the quotes and you'll be able to see this beautiful video.

This is such a great idea - I loved looking through all of the pictures. Seeing them from 'real' people gives me a better idea of the state and makes my big move (from MI, thus my name) seem less daunting. Thank you everyone for sharing!

Yes MIcouple, welcome to the state. Southeastern and eastern CT are beautiful.
There are great beaches nearby in Connecticut & Rhode Island, Historic B & B's, Wineries, and much more-
