I can't help you with the internet part of your question but in general Verizon offers the best mobile phone coverage in the state. DW has to travel all over the state for her job and had a lot of problems when we switched to Sprint for a couple of years. She did not have nearly the number of problems when she was with Verizon and could not wait to switch back. Not sure if that helps. Jay

Phone cost is highly variable. Depends on what phone you get, what data plan you want and how many people are going to be on your plan. Give whatever carrier you choose a call or check their internet website to get a general idea. I also agree with the others- I have found Verizon to have the best coverage.

Verizon and AT&T. Verizon in general is better, but when I lived in Avon before, AT&T did have coverage in a few small Verizon dead spots in Avon.
