Default List vs. Sold Price - where do I find it?
In past web searches I was able to come across some graphs/figures that detailed list vs. final sold price for homes over a certain period of time and also broken down by community (I am interested in Fairfield county). I haven't been able to find it since the initial run-in. Anyone know where this is posted?

If you sign up for a real estate service's web site you often have access to this information. Prudential Connecticut Realty does it. I believe William Raveis does too. Jay
