Maybe one of our Realtor friends can clue us in.

Hmm...I don't think I know what you are referring to. I know there is a very, very large residence somwhere near the Monroe/Oxford line on the Housatonic River, it's up on a hill and everytime I've driven past it at night I've seen it just lit up in all types of ways. Is this the house you are speaking of?

I did not know that he had a house in Farmington. I thought he lived somewhere along Westport near Martha's ex house. Was his house featured on MTV Cribs? Where abouts is his home in Farmington? Gee 18 million, I think that is too much for a place like Hartford.

Oh also Henry Kissinger lives in Litchfield County, I think he is in Kent.

Just in case, let me remind everyone here that many high profile people (certainly not all) do not buy property in their name, but rather through a holding corporation specifically established for a single or multiple properties. This is often done to conceal the identity.

Btw, I'm not a realtor, in case anyone is wondering.

This is true. I casually know the son of a celebrity and his home is in the name of a trust, not him personally. Jay

No - the home I'm speaking of you cannot see from the road. It's near the Oxford Airport - I actually think there are two homes up there because there are two mailboxes. I should check out Google Maps.

Yes, we also know a celebrity which I am not at liberty to name, and her property is in the name of a trust, too.

Rosie O'Donnell lives in Nyack - her kids go to school with my friend's kids.

You're right, she recently moved to Nyack. She lived in Greenwich before that.

When I lived in Greenwich, (grew up there), no one seemed to care who was a celebrity. It would have been out of character for the residents to make lists and boast about it.
Times have changed.
