What a SHOCK......

Go just 10 miles from the north end of that $hithole, and you might as well be in another (much more pleasant) country.

Unlike Florida, luckily CT is a place where the bad elements seem to be concentrated in very specific areas, and easily avoided by anyone with half a brain!

That's more than a fair trade for having to deal with cold and snow of course!

More concentrated than even that. It's not really Hartford, it's the north end of Hartford.
