Since most seems to come from an agreed upon stock price, it seems pretty likely he's going to make a ton off it.

Don't worry. With the lower taxes he'll pay under the trump repub tax plan, he'll give all the extra money to low level workers!

Looks like CVS is reconsidering the headquarters move after all. But given Bertolini's seat on the CVS Board, I wonder if it will make a difference. He still owns that townhouse in Manhattan and would find a commute downtown easier than trips to Hartford or Rhode Island. Jay

Corps are selling jobs, their assets, to get tax incentive (reduced payments) packages from cities and states. Just as people sell homes and cars, which are their assets.
