Cam, I cant imagine how busy you get tracking all of this, I Thank You for your time, I turn to you here (and others, Thank You) before I turn on the TV Weather, and go with what you predict....it amazes people at work when I come in a week prior and tell them to get ready, and they say "But the Weather Channel sez....."

Future radar loop per NAM model. Now till Thursday evening. Looks like it slowed down a bit? Starts around sunrise tomorrow for the CT coast but not till lunchtime for Hartford. Continues all day and evening. Finally clears out by 7-10am Thursday

Everything I’m seeing is calling for less liquid precip - when are snow totals going to be revised down?

Like a cruel joke.........

Confused about predicted amounts for my area........
6 - 10 inches
Chance for more than 10 inches: 11%
Chance for less than 6 inches: 54%

* WHAT...Heavy mixed winter precipitation transitioning to heavy
snow is expected. Total snow accumulations of 11 to 15 inches
and light ice accumulations are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut and southeast New
York.

Then I see the map above saying 12-18 inches for my area.
