I suspect we will have a dismal and rainy November. Had too much of this nice, bright weather. We'll be punished for it soon enough, and me and my telescope will be stuck inside.

The difference between 6AM and 7:30AM today was crazy. My windows had condensation on them from the a/c and the humidity and when I let the dog out at 7, the difference was amazing. Windows open! And it's going to feel chilly and refreshing tomorrow!!!

Check out the 24hour temp differences. It was 20-30 degrees warmer yesterday at this time in OH, PA & NY & New England. 11 degrees cooler in Hartford today vs yesterday 2pm.

Haha, Bridgeport the same for now, meanwhile just north of Merritt its 10+ cooler today

More importantly....this.

I will concede the dew points do make for a nicer lunchtime stroll.

So the max temp has been above normal for 18 days in a row. Last time we came close to that consecutive stretch was back in January with 16 in a row..

Before that was August 2016 with 30 days in a row the max was above normal.

Point: it was an impressive pattern and been a while since.

Loving it, turned the AC off yesterday and haven't looked back. Had to close the windows a bit cause of the chill but thankfully it's finally feeling seasonal. Now just stay like this for another month.
