I would say the if you don’t like the weather wait a few minutes...that’s not our neck of the woods that’s Colorado.

California it’s if you don’t like the weather drive East.

Connecticut it’s if you don’t like the weather it’s a bad year.
But the best outdoor weather with the highest predictability comes to us in the first half of June. That’s because it’s when the land is Warmer than ocean surface temperatures so dewpoints are usually lower.

This radar loop makes me glad I was in Central Islip, NY for baseball LAST night. Humid as an M.F., but at least there was no rain. (New Britain beat Long Island 4-3.) We had a thundershower here in Berlin at 4:30. Getting a secondary shower or two now. Nothing huge like what's been mentioned in Fairfield County.

I keep forgetting to grab it during a storm.

I grabbed one earlier when it was intense around me. I just had a few really close strikes right outside my house but radar shows everything out over long island. They do say it can travel up to 10 miles and I checked the lightingmaps site and sure enough it was on there.
