This morning I was dealing with the ice and the slush.

No full snow event since April 2 last yr. So sad. Rain coming in 48hrs

I will officially quit City Data if it snows SOUTH of NYC metro in March as well.






Snowfall Total this season so far: March is next week

DC (Dulles): 24.9"
Roanoke: 19.5"
Wilmington: 17.1"
Atlantic City 16.6"
Richmond: 13.1"
Greensboro: 12.8"

Newark: 11.9"
Bridgeport: 10.8"
Boston: 10.5"
NYC: 10.0"
Islip: 8.6"
LaGuardia: 8.2"





My BackYard:

Nov: 6.0"
Dec: 1.2"
Jan: 1.7"
Feb: 3.0" (includes 0.9" of sleet)

Season Total: 12.0"


Since November 1st.

Days with snow falling: 23
Days with over 1" snowfall: 2

Those snow numbers should be the opposite - All of the North more, South less.


I got about 3 inches on Wednesday, approx., 99% of it gone yesterday.

So NWS is now saying we might get some significant snow this coming Wednesday? Anyone know details?

Pittsburg NH has gone over 14 feet of snow this season 173 inches....which is about our yearly average here.

Scratch that, they've taken it off and changed the forecast to (depending on location) "mostly or partly" cloudy, sigh!

Yep and with the last day of meterological winter on Thursday - that is all for "Winter 2019".
