Oxbow Ridge in Canton (condos, house, agent)

Can any one of the realtors on this forum tell me if the condos in this complex in Canton are age restricted? The are off Canton Springs Road.

I have been trying to get a hold of the listing agent but she is not calling back. Market must be going great for her!

These units are age restricted (>55).

By the way, each of the five (5) current listings has a different listing agent.

On realtor.com under the condo section only 1 condo shows up in Canton, unless the other 4 are some sort of exclusive listings or the website is late updating the info.

FYI - if you are still out there...only one member of the household has to be 55 or older to live in this development. Some of these homes are very large and I know of families there who are younger but have a mother or father living with them in a separate area (like and in-law) of the home.
