Default New Fairfield

We are originally from Westchester NY but moved to Danbury 4 years ago. We are now buying a bigger home in New Fairfield and just wanted to get people's opinions on this town. My realtor told me the schools outbeat Ridgefield this year so I am not really worried about the schools but just the area itself. The house is close to down town. I guess I am just a little worried about starting all over again. Does anyone know if the people are more NY like versus CT?

Your realtor shouldn't have really told you about how the schools are, except where they are located if you asked where they are. Good luck!

I am a realtor as well so you can say we are on the same level. I basically told her we are only looking in these two towns because of the schools and that is what she gave me. I know both districts are good either way. I am just finding it a little hard to start over again....

HelloSam is on a distinguished road
New Fairfield has a "downtown"?

I don't think the people should be all that different from Danbury. A little more rural-suburban perhaps.
