Well guys, Round 1 is done. I will be posting the results within the next 20 minutes. Then it will take me a while to get Round 2 Procedures sorted out, along with doing the draw. It might take as long as a couple hours for me to get Round 2 all ready and set up.
So there we have it. Here are all the results. New London vs Lebanon was a draw, so they will both advance to Round 2, however they cannot be drawn together again. Also don't forget about Fairfield who already advanced to Round 2 due to being the winner of the last tournament.
It will take me quite a bit of time to find out the seeding towns for Round 2, but as soon as I figure all of them out, I will have the Round 2 Procedures posted and the towns that are seeded, before I do the draw for Round 2. Seeding will be based on the number of votes each town won by. Of Course the towns that won by a bigger number of votes will be seeded.
Special Thanks to all of you for participating and voting. I hope all of you are enjoying this and are looking forward to the next rounds!!!
Hey All, so I hope all of you are looking forward to Round 2, and I am about to do the draw, but before that, I must explain to all of you the procedures on how the draw is going to work. First of all there will be NO TOWN automatically drawn into Round 3, as since in Round 1, there was a fixture that was a draw resulting in both towns to advance, and also don't forget about Fairfield.
The Seeding for Round 2 is based on the vote difference, between how many votes each town received minus the amount of votes that the opponent town received. Fairfield is seeded.

So there we have the procedures, and I am about to do the draw for Round 2. Who is excited and ready?
P.S. The draw for Round 2 will take me some time, likely 60-90 min. I promise to have the Round 2 fixtures posted on here as soon as possible.
Colchester vs Glastonbury: Somewhat of a tough draw. The towns are actually not that different, but Glastonbury is more upscale and overall has the better schools and a higher quality town.
West Hartford vs Warren
Old Lyme vs Canaan
Lebanon vs Madison
Weston vs Middletown
Harwinton vs Oxford
Barkhamsted vs Lyme: Very Tough. Lyme is a nice town, but the Barkhamsted / Hartland area has a huge forest that is really nice to walk through.
Guilford vs Roxbury
Killingworth vs Litchfield
Griswold vs Trumbull
Washington vs Canaan
Newtown vs Ellington
Woodbridge vs Norwalk
Darien vs New Milford
Stratford vs Westport
Danbury vs South Windsor
Goshen vs Old Saybrook
Milford vs Wolcott
Greenwich vs Orange
Shelton vs Stamford: A litte tough for me, but Stamford is a really nice city. Arguably one of the best cities in the state.
