It's a nice area. Clean and well kept. I used to live on Tunxis Road at Wood Pond which is not very far from Webster Hill Blvd. WBV starts right at South Main St. which means you will be very close to the center of town. South Main Pizza offers excellent Greek food and good Pizza. CVS Pharmacy is across the street. You'll have easy access to I 84 via South Main St. or Park Road. Housing stock is mostly single family homes of average size and I seem to recall most of them predate 1950. If you have kids there is an elementary school right nearby. Conard High School is about a mile away.

To add to WILW... houses in the area are essentially all single family homes, prices range from the $250Ks to around $350K for most homes. They are usually the 3-4 bed, 1.5 bath genre, built between 1940-late 1950s.

It's convenient to the Center and the highway. Webster Hill elementary is the neighborhood school.

Webster Hill is a neighborhood as well as its main street. Very pretty, old trees, lots of green, larger lots than some sections of West Hartford, many of the houses are architecturally charming. You can walk to the Center from there, which is great, and it's also about 3 minutes from I-84. There's a municipal golf course nearby and every possible kind of retail within a 10 minute drive, yet the neighborhood itself is very quiet. Schools are Webster Hill Elementary, Sedgwick Middle, Conard High School, all good schools.

Very nice area. Mill Rate is 38.63 kind of high... but worth it if you have kids.

It's a nice area...I just found it hard to get in and out of Webster Hill Blvd. from South Main!
