Question Restaurant for sale in Essex?

If you from Essex or nearby, maybe you know of a restaurant for sale, best with apartment above it and do you think its a good place for a German Restaurant? Anything helps. Thank you!!

Essex has only two restaurants that I know of on Main Street..The Black Seal and the dining room at The Griswold Inn. I believe that their sewer system etc is not capable of handling more and that no additional restaurants are allowed. I could be wrong, however. If you are speaking about more of the outskirts of Essex than perhaps you would have better luck...If I were you I would consider using an agent to assist you with your search.
