You don't have all the facts , therefore don't start jumping to conclusions. My clients are also my relatives and I would never breach anything without consent. And to answer your ? on a sale. No I am not desperate. Take care of your own business and I shall do the same.

Where will you be staying? There are a lot of good family restaurants in the area including most of the national chains. Check out Roseland Pizza in Derby. It is very good. Jay

Oh, my apologies. I'm used to seeing the notation "agent related" in listings by family members.

Still, you haven't explained how you're going to get a prospectus to offer above 550K, after you've broadcasted it on a public forum.

Sorry to the OP for the threadjack, i won't comment further about "celina" here.

I agree with Roseland - excellent pizza! You will not want to get pizza anywhere else after having dinner there.

Can anyone tell me about the Nod Hill Road area in Oxford? Is it safe and desirable? Does anyone find it too far from things? Where do people on the US 188 corridor shop? Proximity to where my husband will work and the local high school is great.

Sorry for my naiveness.

Nod Hill is a very nice area of Oxford off of route 188. It's very affluent and you will be living amongst people of upper class status - lawyers, surgeons, etc. The homes in that area are meticulously maintained and the people are friendly. I know Derek Jeter purchased a home in that area, and actress Barbara Hershey lives nearby too - I'm just not sure exactly where.

All of Oxford is safe and desirable, and Nod Hill is less than 10 minutes from where your husband will work.

Hope this answered some of your questions.
