There are two that are still separate:
- You got Groton right (Groton City is in the western portion of the town)
- The other is Winsted in the central/east portion of the town of Winchester

I can't find out further about the winsted govt situation further but AFAIK it is still
incoporated in only part of Winchester. If what you're saying is also true then it exists in a very gray area where the city is still technically not coextensive with the town, although there are no consequences of this
