It runs pretty late. I think the last train out is something like 12:30am or 1am?? Can't remember exactly...at least the train to Stamford...

The train from NYC to Stamford runs express every 10 minutes or so up until 7:00pm. Then from 7:00 until 9:30 there are two express every hour. After 9:30 there is one express and one local an hour!
