Default Granby and Trend2000 RealEstate

We are currently seriosuly considering moving to the Granby area from Burlington, VT. We checked into new development and came across Trend2000.com, where there are some lots for sale. Has anyone outthere had good/bad experience with this agency and their building partners. Any suggestions where not to build in Granby or best area of Granby to live?

Also- my husband is an elementary teacher and looking for a position within a 30 mile radius. Anyone out there aware of turnover in the areas around Granby?

Granby is a great town. It is beautiful and I have found it to be among the friendliest in the state. I am really not aware of any bad areas. It is a pretty rural town and the schools are considered to be very good. I would not hesitate to live there. Jay

Thanks for the info. We are really hoping to find a neighborhood with lots of kids but with homes that are sitting on a few acres. I have researched their recreation site and find it to be full of kid events which is nice as we have a lot here in our area. There is always plenty to do here in Burlington and so we are hoping to find a similar area. If there are any other recommended sites or resources that would be useful in putting us to ease with the move- that would be great.
