Salmon River Estates--Moodus?
Has anyone heard of Salmon River Estates? My cousin was driving around Moodus/E. Haddam area and asked me about it. Silly New Yorker that I am...I know nothing. I did a google search but couldn't find anything. He said it looked like a new development. Anyone heard of it? Thanks.

It is a 6 lot subdivision of a former resort in moodus. It is a former timeshare -20 yes old. Not on the Salmon River but access to. If you want waterfront on the Salmon river currently 4 are 4 sale: 130K t0 250K. All are rustic. Zillow will list them. Salmon River Rd Haddam Ct Good luck
