Default AA in Glastonbury Ct.?

If there is anyone that has info regarding AA in Glastonbury Ct. i would love it. We are thinking of moving there from the Bay Area and i am hoping that i will be able to make friends through AA (i have been a member since 1989 here near San Francisco)The AA community here is really incorporating and welcoming. I have heard that people are really hard to get to know over there and it is something that i am a bit worried about becasuse i am a very social person. I have three kids and i am really hoping that they will be able to make friends in the schools there too. Any experiance anyone?

I moved here in March from the East Bay and have been able to find some very good meetings in the area. The Glastonbury/East Hartford meetings are decent and the people are nice. They have a lot of Step and Book studies here which I like a lot. Glastonbury is a very nice town and is similar in many ways to Mill Valley. It is more affordable in the sense that there are still houses to be found that the middle class could get into. Also, rents are much more reasonable. Good luck!
