Default TODAY: Can anyone suggest a reliable moving company?

Help! Three days before a cross-country move (June 30 was scheduled) I find that the movers I chose (Authorized movers) are badly reviewed by customers. The horror stories really scared me. I called the company to discuss these fears and they ended up cancelling my order! So I need to find a company today! I could use some good advice ASAP!!!

Hi Pat,

That's brutal.

When we moved (although it was in-state), we used this company. They also do long-distance moves. I can only speak about in-state, but I'd hope that your experience would be the same. They were FABULOUS. Not the cheapest guys around, but they're reliable, careful, and trustworthy.

They are R&R Relocation Specialists.

They are based in Newington, CT, and their number is (860) 953-1013. Speak to Roland, Ron, or Ray (hence the Rs in R&R).

Good luck!

We've used Arthur Werner for local moves in CT and then a friend used them for a Florida-CT move and everything went great. I don't know if Two (Three?) Men and a Truck does cross-country, but they've been super, too.
