Most of the places to eat in Tolland county will be located in Vernon.

Shopping outside of Vernon will be basic- Major supermarkets In Stafford, Coventry and Tolland- as well as Pharmacy chains like CVS and Rite Aid; liquor stores, convenience stores etc.

Vernon has several supermarkets, a K Mart, a fair array of other shopping like Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Staples, Lens Crafters, A Furniture store and other shops.
