NW corner houses are DEF sitting....sorry.
Ours was in NW corner and sat for 3 years...and it was underpriced at only 140K
It was 1700 sq feet completley remodeled kitchen and baths, hwd floors, fireplace, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, big deck.

Im glad we finally got out. To be honest i think it's cause it's the middle of nowhere so that area has a limited buying pool to begin with.
IT is far from any major job city aside from Torrington, which is slim pickings.

We have seen several quick sales in our neighborhood in Glastonbury. One house sold in a day and I do not think it was under-priced at all. The other sold in about a month. Most of that time though it was way over-priced though. Not sure what the sellers were thinking. Also nearby a couple of homes have sold so to answer your question, here things are still moving but I know other places they are not. Jay
