Hello,

My husband and I are moving to Madison in a few weeks and are looking for vet recommendations.

Thank you!

I live in Branford (2 towns to the west) and we've always taken our pets to Guilford Vet Hospital (it's the town between Branford and Madison). my dog just had 2 cysts removed from his tail there, and it went very well. I'm sure many others will say they're expensive (I don't doubt they are, but I have no basis for comparison, as I've never been anywhere else), but I'd rather pay more and have my pets well cared for then pay less and take my chances. I particularly recommend Dr. Ackles. she's great. she did the surgery on my dog. there are other good vets there, too, but she's my first choice to see my dog.

Default Madison Vet Hospital on Rt 79

I highly regard this practice-- Dr Oulette and Dr Murray are both terrific. We have 2 dogs, a cat and a pony, btw-- have used them for 10 years.
