One quick update. I just called up town office and confirmed that the property is not in a flood plain or wetland. The land on the back has some portion of it declared it as wetland. So insurance wise it should be ok i guess

Thanks Amy. Yes i do work with the agent. He didn't provide me any details on the land type...let me check with him.

PUD docs are on it's way....should be getting it in a day or two.
