Default Relocating back to Bristol-maybe

We are thinking of moving back to Ct. after living in Calif for the past 15 yrs. My wife was born & raised in Bristol. Myself, in Waterbury. We are going to look into Bristol off Rt 6, near Stafford Ave. Actually the Mix St area. Now. we haven't seen the area in 15 yrs. We were wondering if that area has changed much {outside of the taxes} It used to be a pretty nice area. The traffic would be no problem, drive out here a few yrs, you'll see what I mean. Sometimes you never know what you had til you lose it. We really miss the four seasons----Thanx for any info you may have

Lots of shopping has been put in on RT6. LOTS. The neighborhoods are still in tact IMO and towards Farmington have never looked better.

RT72 is getting extended to the Blvd which will help a ton.
