Default Business's in Waterbury

Could someone tell me if Helens Bakery is still in Waterbury It was on East main St. They had some of the best pastries I've ever eaten, especially the jelly doughnuts. lol. I understand there's a new mall in town also. Also is the Naugatuck valley mall on Wolcott rd still there? I left waterbury in 1990. ---Well, I guess thats it. Just curious. Thanx all

Oh man, I don't know to be honest but I don't think so.

Helen's was great!

The Mall has been replaced with the new "Super Mall" in place of the old Brass Mill by I-84 along with the Timex Museum.

The old Mall was leveled and turned into a very nice "strip mall" of various stores.

It's funny how organized-looking the "new" Walmart mall is on the aerial photo, because it seems like it's laid out randomly when you're driving around it. Maybe because you can't see the dividers from the ground like you can from the air?

Helen's Bakery has been gone for a long time. I think Sweet Maria's on Meridan Rd is a good bakery if you are looking.
