This might be a long shot but I'm hoping for some help from anyone in the Easton area. I plan on moving to the Easton in about 3 months and would rather rent a place to start so I can get a feel for the community. A friend from college told me about a great rental property at 109 Black Rock Turnpike in Easton near a lake but doesn't have a phone number or any other info. He got the info from a friend of a friend and I'm not sure if it is reliable. Does anyone know the situation of this property? Is it still a rental property and who can I contact about it? Any information on other rental properties would be appreciated also since I've heard they are scarce. Thanks in advance.

I didn't find anything on craigslist in Easton either. There are more rentals in the surrounding towns of Trumbull and Fairfield...both are very nice and safe suburbs.
