Naugatuck Valley Community College is in Waterbury/Naugatuck.

Middlesex Community College offers courses at 55 W Main St in Meriden.

Middlesex Community College

There's also Wesleyan in Middletown.

Southern Connecticut State University is in New Haven, not too far. There is also the Waterbury branch of the University of Connecticut, in of course, Waterbury. The Waterbury branch was recently remodeled a few years back and is really nice. I went there for a semester before going up to the main campus.
