Question Apartments in Wethersfield/Hartford/Vernon

Hi, I need to move in November/December to a studio or 1br that allows cats, for under $650/month (including utilities). I have searched Apartments.com and have found these apartments:

Goodwin Gardens, 37 Fairway Dr. Wethersfield
Stoneridge Apartments, 79 Brooklyn St. Vernon
711 Farmington Ave, West Hartford
Park View Towers, 967 Asylum Ave, Hartford
Charter Oak Place, Hartford

Does anyone have any experience with these apartments? I am planning to schedule some appointments to look around at them, but not if any are just going to be a waste of time. I would really appreciate any info Thanks!

The only one listed that I have been in was Goodwin Gardens. I had a friend who lived there for about two years. He had no problems there, but I found the apartments looked very "worn" out. Check it out though, JMHO. Thanks
