Can't say for sure, but the few families I know up where corporate relocations from out of state, maybe they are being moved again? I don't think there is something "wrong" or mysterious going on...
For those of you that are familiar with Canton, would you buy a house in Griswold Farms? It seems like so many are for sale that it might be a risky investment. I guess what is not these days...
Nearly 80% of those in the development are corporate relocations, with the remainder having moved locally or builders of the homes themselves. As such, there continues to be ongoing corporate relocations.
As far as build quality, each of the are of good quality. The neighborhood was not built by a single builder, but by many and each home will reflect the quality of the builder and the original buyer's tastes and budget. Most that I have visited are very nice, and given the age require no updating.
The neighborhood itself is very social. With the majority being transplants much of the non-work social events are tied to friends within neighborhood or are coordinated across the neighborhood.
Thanks for the info. Wow, with 80% relocation homes it seems like that area will always have a good amount of homes for sale. Would you buy in that area or go to another neighborhood with less relocation homes?
