Question Seramonte - Hamden

This place looks pretty good online. I did read a few reviews of people who were NOT impressed w/management but then the unhappy are probably the ones who would seek out a review site.

Anyway just wondered if anyone is familiar with these apts and the area they are in? How about what elemantary school district these are located in?

TIA

I have never been in or know anyone who has lived there, but I know the area it is in. It is pretty much behind Hamden High School and right off of Dixwell Ave which is the main chain store shopping drag in the area. Right near there are fast food restaurants, chain restaurants, grocery stores, WalMart, clothing stores, etc. Not a bad area at all. The only sketchy part of Hamden is on lower Dixwell Ave, right near the New Haven line.

I don't know what school district you would be in there, maybe someone else will know.

Thank you for your input Mels. Still sounding like a decent place to be. Now if they will just have what we want when we need it....

I was hoping someone would respond about the school - but no. Does anyone have any hints as to how I might go about finding this out? I guess I could just simply call the School District, huh? Well I'll give this post one more chance before I do that.
