Cell Phone Service in Shelton/Milford
Hey, me again, still moving. My cell phone contract with Verizon is up so I was wondering if people can advise me on what provider has the best coverage in shelton and milford specifically, or just across the state as a whole. After two years of dropped calls in my home in upstate NY I'm pretty certain that Verizon guy wasn't walking around here saying "you're good" and I don't want arrive in Ct to the same situation.
thanks.

Verizon has the best coverage along both the Rt 8 & I-95 corridors

I have Verizon and I think they have the best coverage in southern CT. I've heard people having problems with T-Mobile so I'd steer clear of them.

I'm on the Shelton/Monroe border and I've never had a problem with Verizon in the 3+ years I've used them. But I used to have problems getting a signal with T-Mobile, although they could have improved by now, I suppose.

Sounds like I'll be able to take advantage of my two year discount with Verizon then with no regrets. Great! Thanks a lot.

AT&T is not bad. Verizon used to drop a lot in the no exit zone on Merritt, and up around Shelton Derby.

I live in that general region & use AT&T, which is OK, not great. I hear Verizon is better (from colleagues at work), but can't switch because Verizon is useless for overseas roaming, which I need quite regularly.
