Default Wood Finishing Specialists

Any recommendations for wood finishing specialists or companies to restore a custom made Grandfather clock? It fell face down when the movers were crating it, which badly chipped the wood and broke the glass panel.

There are a couple of grandfather clock repairers in the area. You might check with one of them. Check the phone book. Jay

Sure - my father in law has been building, repairing and restoring grandfather clocks for the past 30-odd years. His name is Paul Jahnke, company is called Grandfather Time and based in Monroe, and the phone # is (203) 268-2056. I'm a bit biased ( ), but he does excellent work.

Thanks toddb! This is just the kind of personal recommendation we've been looking for! I'll tell our claims folks about this. Appreciate it!
