The housing market in Connecticut is slow like most of the rest of the country. It is no where near as bad as places like Nevada or Florida but prices and sales have dropped while foreclosures have increased. Well located, well maintained and well priced homes are selling. But if you have a home that is missing one of these, it will sit waiting for a buyer. Jay
