This is the large high-rise complex on Eastern Street off of Foxon Boulevard (Route 80) in the northeastern part of New Haven. You can see the complex clearly from I-91. It is generally a safe area. I am wondering though why you picked this complex rather than one that is closer to you in Manchester. There are many complexes in the Hartford region that are very nice too. Jay

i am having a difficutl time finding something in manchester thats affordable and income based etc for my grandmother by april, i did find a few places in west hartford that would be open that time still need to go check out, i really dont think i will move her to new haven now after all too far to drive there as much as she will need me to, but i like the idea of how it had its own dr, bank, store etc, i am putting her name on some of the congrete local housing places but they all having waiting lists, but i like glastonburys the best so far, if anyone has any ones to suggest close by i'd appreciate it, ive already called quite a few places, but since im new to ct myself any help would be appreicated thanks!

Have you looked at Executive Square in Wethersfield? My sister-in-law's mother lived there for a short time and they liked it. It is the big high-rise along I-91 at the Wethersfield/Rocky Hill town line. It would be a lot more convenient than New Haven. They eventually moved her to Naubuc Green in Glastonbury for her to be even closer to them. Even West Hartford would be closer than New Haven. Good luck, Jay
