Default Bristol..Federal Hill area

Hello

I was wondering if anyone on this forum is familiar with Federal Hill in Bristol. My family is thinking of moving to Bristol. We found a very affordable home with lots of potential. I have heard both good and bad about Bristol. I know it is not a town..but a city..I also know that there are better areas out there..but we are looking at homes that are around 159k..which you don't find often in places like southington.

Thank you
