Default Lease rates in Enfield, CT
Does anyone have any ideas on what the going lease rate for office space is in Enfield? I'm looking for Medical-Dental space.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions. I had already looked on Loopnet, and talked with a realtor. I was trying to get info on what people are actually paying, as opposed to what vendors are asking.

According to the latest office vacancy report that I have (4th quarter 2008), average office leasing rates for the north sector (north of Hartford) are $16.37/SF. You may want to keep in mind that this is the average rate.
