Thanks Iska. Also for those interested, 72 single-family properties closed in calendar-year 2008 compared to 94 in 2007 according to the Connecticut Statewide MLS. NOTE: Condominiums are non-existent, and multi-family properties are rare.

1) People actually commute from Woodbridge to NYC?
-How common is this?
2) What other nearby towns have commuters?
3) I guess this shows the NBC/Quinnipiac poll really is messed up...because Woodbridge being under the NYC shadow would NOT have any significant Red Sox presence.
