Default cheshire child care

My family is moving back to CT this summer and I am undertaking the impossible task of blindly choosing after-school care for my kindergartener.
Does anyone have anything to say about Cheshire Nursery School, The Children's Creative Learning Center, or the Kinderpals program at the Y?
I can't find any info or reviews online! 1st Church Preschool is full... another one in the area is Changing Seasons, again NO web presence.
Thanks very much!

I looked into Cheshire Nursery School when i was interviewing Nursery Schools for my son. I ended up NOT choosing it. To me it didn't seem all that great, it had a very small classroom and the day did not seem to be very educational it seemed more like a daycare to me then a place of learning.
But if you are looking at it FOR daycare then it might suit your needs.

I would actually maybe recommend finding someone to watch your son in there home after school. Alot of stay at home moms in the area do this. I have done it before.

But if you want a center I would check out the YMCA, I have been to the Y's in the area and they are nice and i know A LOT of people use there after school programs.

Call the Connecticut info line. They'll give you a list of child care providers over the phone that you can contact.
